Virtual and In Person Birth Support

  • Up to 3 hours of prenatal preparation, covering birth preferences, coping techniques, postpartum preparation, and infant feeding. 

  • Unlimited check-ins via zoom, email, and text throughout your pregnancy. 

  • Referrals to trusted providers, childbirth educators, IBCLCs, pelvic floor therapists, and more in NYC

  • On call 24/7 from 37 weeks of pregnancy. For virtual support, I am available via text, phone, and zoom throughout your labor. For in person support, after labor begins, I join you at the time you feel you need me and stay through baby’s birth. I provide immediate postpartum support for up to 2 hours after birth.

  • One in-home postpartum visit, ~1-2 hours long, within 14 days of baby’s birth.


In-Person Birth Support Fees

  • This birth support package is $3,900. I also take a limited number of sliding scale births at $3200.

  • I require a non-refundable 50% deposit at contract signing, with the remaining 50% due at or before 35 weeks.

Virtual Birth Support Fees

  • This package costs $1,500, with 50% of the deposit due at contract signing, and 50% due at or before 35 weeks.

  • Sliding scale rates available.

Postpartum

2 hour prenatal planning session in your home 

Things that we work on during our in-person postpartum visits include:

  • Lactation support

  • Coaching through infant care 

  • Education about newborn norms such as sleep and behavior development

  • Providing child care so you can rest

  • Preparing nutritious meals

  • Light housework, pet care, local errands

  • Supporting your physical healing

  • Emotional processing 

  • Connecting you with community resources and care providers

  • Unlimited support via email and text

In-Person Support Rates

  • Visits are $155-$165 for each 3 hour visit. 

  • Prenatal visits are $100-$120.
